We use AustraliaPost and various courier companies to ship our products.   Items are not sent with a 'Signature on Delivery' option unless specifically requested and paid for by you at the time of purchase.  Please contact us directly at sales@gravitydesignz.com if you would like to add this option to your order.
Your order is packaged and sent off with 100% of our love and care to ensure it's safe delivery.  In the (very) unlikely event that your item arrives damaged and you'd like a replacement (of course you would!),  you need to take the following action:
  • Take a photo of the damaged item before un-packaging (if you can see it is damaged before opening), including the address label where possible
  • Take photo(s) of the damaged artwork
  • Get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@gravitydesignz.com, attaching the photos to your email

We will absolutely replace your order in the event that it has arrived damaged, so just let us know and we'd love to put it right!

REFUNDS

We want you to be absolutely satisfied and LOVE your purchase, so Gravity Designz is happy to refund your purchase price on goods that are returned to us in 100% perfect condition if you are unhappy in any way.
